Breakfast food has always been one of my favorite things to eat. Breakfast for dinner happens a lot here in the CannaCook Kitchen. One of my favorite breakfast foods are Omelets. This tasty, fluffy Cannabis Infused Omelet is a seriously delicious breakfast treat!

Infusing the Omelet

Making Cannabis Infused Omelets is so much easier than you can imagine. The way I personally like to make this Cannabis Infused is by adding Infused Almond Milk, or Oat Milk, and Cannabutter. You can of course add dairy milk instead if you prefer, we just always use Almond Milk for everything in our house! Infusing Almond or Oat Milk is a quick and simply recipe. Spice up your Omelet

This particular recipe is for a bacon and cheese omelet, but you can easily change it up! My favorite thing about making Cannabis Infused Omelets is that you can add so many tasty ingredients to make it your own. You can add grilled veggies, which is something I love to do. You can also add different types of cheese, meats, veggies, or a combo of them all. My personal favorite is to make a Cannabis Infused Omelets with cheese and bacon, so that is what this particular recipe is for, however add whatever your favorite ingredients are.

You can add whatever type of cheese your heart desires. For best melting try Jack Cheese or Mozzarella. I like to add Cheddar in my omelets, or a mix of them all.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons CannaMilk

  • 2 tablespoons Cannabutter

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup cheese

  • 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped

  • salt

  • pepper

Directions

  • Whisk your eggs together in a small bowl. Add CannaMilk, salt and pepper. Whisk for a few minutes, until the eggs are foamy. This will help give you a fluffy omelet.
  • In a sauce pan over medium heat melt the Cannabutter. Spread the Cannabutter all over the pan.
  • Pour the eggs into the pan. Tilt the pan around to spread the eggs out evenly on the bottom.
  • Wait 20-30 seconds, then use a spatula to lift around the edges of the eggs. Tilt the pan so the uncooked egg in the middle runs off the surface and under the omelet. Continue 2-3 times or until there is no visible uncooked egg.
  • Add cheese to half the omelet. Then add cooked bacon, or any other ingredients you want to add. Cook for about 30 seconds.
  • Fold the omelet in half. Add additional cheese on top if desired. Transfer to a serving plate, and serve right immediately.
