Cannabis Brownies

Cannabis Brownies

Cannabis Brownies are an old school classic. Today we will show you how to make these rich, fudgy Cannabis Brownies. There are so many ways to make Cannabis Brownies, you can get creative with your recipes. Making Cannabis Brownies from scratch is very simple, and doesn’t take a ton of time. To make your Brownie recipe even easier, you can use box Brownies! Whipping up a delicious Cannabis Box brownie is so simple, you just add Cannabis Oil in place of the vegetable oil listed on the box.

Brownie Tips

This particular recipe will use an 8 inch square pan. If you want to make a larger batch of these tasty pot brownies, simply double the recipe. If you end up doubling the recipe, use a 9×13 pan. Don’t forget to grease the bottom of your pans!

If possible, use a glass or shiny metal pan when making your Cannabis Brownies. These pans will cook your brownie batter more evenly. When using dark pans, it can cook the bottom of your brownies faster than the top of the brownie. If you only have a dark pan, just reduce the cooking temperature about 20-25 degrees.

If you are looking for a delicious fudge type brownie, the trick is to not over bake them! When the top outside parts of the brownie start to curl away from the pan, remove them from heat, they are probably done. The center will still be gooey, and the outsides will look more done. You may think they are not totally cooked yet, since the center looks gooey still, but as your brownies cool they will continue to cook a little.

As mentioned above, your brownies will continue to cook a little after you remove them from heat. So allow the Cannabis Brownies to totally cool before cutting them! Trust me, I know how hard it is sometimes to wait for the brownies cool before you dig in. As hard as it may be, wait, it will be worth it!

To make clean up even easier, use foil in your pan. When I make brownies I normally just grease my pan with cooking spray or butter. A great trick for easy clean up is to line your pan with foil. You just pour your Cannabis Brownie batter over the foil lined pan, and cook as normal. Once your brownies cool you can cut them in the pan, or simply lift them out with the foil, and cut them after removing from the pan. It is a great little trick for a seriously easy clean up!

Make your Cannabis Brownies unique! You can spice up your recipe by adding chocolate chips, M&M’s, or any type of chocolate candies, like Heath. You can also add pecans, walnuts, or any type of nut that you like. My personal favorite is to add pecans into the brownie batter, it gives the fudgy browns the perfect added crunch! You can also add caramel to your brownies before or after cooking. After you remove your brownies from the oven, drizzle caramel sauce on top. If you want caramel baked in, add the caramel sauce right before adding them into the oven.

You can also add Cannabis Infused Sugar to add a little extra kick to your Cannabis Brownies! Cannabis Sugar is really easy to do, and is perfect for baking and micro dosing! If you need a simple Cannabis Sugar recipe, click here!
