Cannabis Fruit Sorbet

Cannabis Infused Fruit Sorbet

With summer right around the corner, my mind always goes to fresh fruits and ingredients. Nothing is better than deliciously cold sweet treats in the hot summer months. This Cannabis Infused Fruit Sorbet is easy to make, and even easier to enjoy.
Fruit Sorbets take a few simple ingredients, and are a decently healthy sweet treat. The Cannabis Infused Fruit Sorbet will work well with any fruit you have. Strawberry, Blueberry, Cantaloupe, Watermelon, or any other mouthwatering fruit will give you a perfectly sweet Infused Sorbet.
If you try and stay away from dairy, but love ice cream (like me) this dairy free Infused Sorbet will help get rid of those ice cream cravings. If you are unsure what exactly a Sorbet is, it is a frozen dessert, similar to ice cream or sherbet, mostly made with fruit, fruit juice, or fruit puree.

Raspberry Sorbet

The recipe below is for Infused Raspberry Sorbet, but any fruit can be used. No matter which fruit you decide to use, the recipe will stay the same. If you decide to use a fresh fruit, we will need to freeze it first. Simply add your fresh fruit to a parchment paper line baking sheet and spread out. Add to the freezer until frozen. You can then transfer the fruit to a gallon ziplock bag, to keep the leftover fruit stored for the next batch of sorbet you make!
To Infuse this recipe, we will be using Cannabis Infused Maple Syrup. If you need a quick and easy Infused Maple Syrup recipe, click here!
You can add a splash of lemon juice, or fruit juice to give a little extra flavor to your Cannabis Infused Fruit Sorbet. I would defiantly recommend adding either fruit or lemon juice, just for a little extra amazing flavor. You can also add more Cannabis Infused Maple Syrup if you want a sweeter, or a more potent Sorbet.
