Using organic MCT oil is a great carrier oil for tinctures, amongst many other possible carrier oils. See our Infusing Oils 101 section. You can use this tincture under your tongue, in your drinks, on your foods or even use for pets. Instead of buying expensive pet CBD products, definitely look into making your own. Our goal at CannaCook is also to help people save money by doing recipes themselves!

If you are looking to purchase hemp loaded with CBD and flower loaded with CBG, checkout DiamondCBD.. it is who I have personally been using the past few months just due to their low prices and great packaging.

What is CBG?

Cannabigerol is one of more than 120 identified cannabinoid compounds found in the plant genus Cannabis. Cannabigerol is the non-acidic form of cannabigerolic acid, the parent molecule from which other cannabinoids are synthesized. Cannabigerol is a minor constituent of cannabis.

What are the benefits of CBG?

CBG works to fight inflammation, pain, nausea and works to slow the proliferation of cancer cells. Research has shown it also significantly reduces intraocular eye pressure caused by glaucoma. Strains high in CBG will be beneficial treating conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn’s disease, and cancer.
