  • 2/3 cup cannabutter

  • 1 1/2 cup flour

  • 1/3 cup dark cocoa powder

  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 1/2 cup light brown sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl add the flour, salt, baking soda, and cocoa powder.
  • Using a stand mixer or a hand mixer combine the brown sugar and cannabutter. Mix together until you get a light and fluffy consistency (about 3-4 minutes.)
  • Add the eggs and vanilla extract into the cannabutter mixture and mix.
  • Add half of the dry ingredient mixture into the cannabutter and mix until fully combined. Add the remaining dry mixture and mix until fully combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips with a spatula.
  • Using a spoon, scoop up the batter and place onto the parchment lined baking sheet. Make sure to space the dough about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake 9-11 minutes, or until the center is set. Take care to not over bake!
  • Cool the cookies for a few minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a cooling rack. Enjoy!
