These Cannabis Infused Double Chocolate Cookies are a soft and chewy fudge like cookie. This sweet and delicious infused cookie is a chocolate lovers dream. I personally love adding pecans to them, but they are amazing without them too! This easy infused cookie recipe only takes a few simple ingredients, and will be one you want to make again and again.
Cannabis Infused Double Chocolate Cookies

2/3 cup cannabutter
1 1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup dark cocoa powder
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl add the flour, salt, baking soda, and cocoa powder.
- Using a stand mixer or a hand mixer combine the brown sugar and cannabutter. Mix together until you get a light and fluffy consistency (about 3-4 minutes.)
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract into the cannabutter mixture and mix.
- Add half of the dry ingredient mixture into the cannabutter and mix until fully combined. Add the remaining dry mixture and mix until fully combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips with a spatula.
- Using a spoon, scoop up the batter and place onto the parchment lined baking sheet. Make sure to space the dough about 2 inches apart.
- Bake 9-11 minutes, or until the center is set. Take care to not over bake!
- Cool the cookies for a few minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a cooling rack. Enjoy!
