I personally enjoy microdosing cannabis. I am a person that suffers from higher than average anxiety and ingesting cannabis in small amounts all day really can help curb the anxiety and allow for a more functional state of being. Here are some of the recipes that we have on CannaCook that I use for microdosing.
- Organic MCT Oil – I love this recipe because you get a lot of bang for your buck by making this at home and in my opinion it tastes great. This is my first choice for microdosing because I can start my day by putting a dropper full in my coffee or under my tongue for quicker absorption on days when anxiety is high. The reason I say this is for microdosing as well is because its extremely easy to put just a few drops under your tongue or in a drink throughout the day. Keeping ailment symptoms mild while maintaining functionality for work or home.
2. Bee Pollen – This is one of those wonderful recipes that also packs a huge amount of health benefits. Note that when you infuse recipes like Bee Pollen, do not plan on using it for anything other than medicinal reasons if you don’t want to be disappointed. Aside from being packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals it also can help with menopause symptoms, inflammation, and as well as improved immunity. I’ve also heard rumors that it can help with local allergies if you can get your hands on your local bee pollen. If you can’t get local bee pollen for allergies you can alternatively look for local honey. Generally I take two capsules a day with infused bee pollen.
3. Infused Sugar – Now I know the first thing some say about this recipe is that sugar isn’t healthy. I do realize this and in a perfect world the addictive substance would be completely gone. But I personally am not one of those people who go completely sugar free. I do try and consume less sugar than I use to though and continue slowly finding alternatives and methods. But infused sugar is another one of those recipes I love to microdose because you can add it to almost anything… a little in tea or coffee is great or even adding some to the top of your breakfast oatmeal to start the day. Again these are ways to ingest and continue to function without strong head effects.
