Watch this video, these are too easy not to make… Hey! You can alter all of the flavors… switch out the spices for something different! How about some crushed rosemary, or fresh thyme? You can alter the cheese too. I used cheddar in the video, but you could easily switch some of that out for jack or parmesan… you don’t even have to use cheddar at all!

  • 2 TBS 2 Cannabutter

  • 1 1/2 Cups 1 1/2 Cheese Shredded Fine (I used Cheddar in these, you could mix and match some cheddar some parmesan… you choose)

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 Paprika

  • 1 pinch 1 Cayanne Pepper

  • 1/4 tsp 1/4 Salt

  • 1/2 Cup 1/2 Flour

  • 1 TBS 1 Cold water (you might need a tiny bit more)

  • 1 as needed 1 large flake salt


  • Combine Cannabutter, Cheese, and Spices with a spatula. Rub and press ingredients together until you get a sort of spreadable cheese butter.
  • Add the flour and switch to a fork. Now smash and mash and fork this mixture until you get a dry dusty mixture that is the same consistency throughout.
  • Sprinkle water over the mixture and bring together with a spatula and your hands. Form a disc shape, cover and chill for 30 minutes. (if you live where it is very dry, you may need a touch more water… add small amounts, and keep it cold).
  • Roll Dough into 1/8th inch thickness.
  • Cut into strips, then cut strips into individual crackers.
  • Dock each cracker with 5 holes.
  • Place on a lightly greased tinfoil lined tray and sprinkle with large crystal salt.
  • Bake at 350 F for 20 – 25 minutes. Rotate at halfway point.
  • Cool Completely for Crunch to develop.
