  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cannabutter, melted

  • 2 cups 2 flour

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 white sugar

  • 3/4 cup 3/4 fresh cranberries (dried cranberries will work)

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 orange juice

  • 2 teaspoons 2 baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon 1 baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 salt

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 almond milk or dairy milk, room temp

  • 2 2 eggs


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. If using muffin lingers, add those to your muffin pan and set aside.
  • In a large bowl add salt, baking powder, flour, sugar, and baking soda and mix well.
  • In a separate bowl add the orange juice, milk, butter, eggs, and whisk until combined.
  • Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix with a spatula.
  • Add the cranberries and fold them into the batter. Divide the batter evenly between the muffin cups.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack for cooling. Enjoy!
