Cannabis Infused Sugar

This Cannabis Infused Sugar recipe is so easy to make, and there are so many different and amazing uses for it! This would be great for micro dosing during the day, just add a little to your coffee or tea. I personally love adding this Infused Sugar to my morning coffee.   • 1 cup EverClear or Gem Clear

  • 1 cup white sugar

  • rice cooker

  • decarbbed cannabis


  • Add your decarbbed cannabis to a mason jar with a tight fitting lid. You can use however much cannabis you would like, obviously the more you use the stronger the sugar will be.
  • Add one cup of Gem Clear/Everclear into the mason jar with your cannabis. Shake, stir, and mash the cannabis. Let it sit with the alcohol as long as possible. I like to let ours sit for several days. The longer you let it sit the stronger your sugar will be.
  • Once you’re ready, using a strainer and cheese cloth, strain the alcohol and cannabis mixture.
  • Add the alcohol to a clean mason jar ( or a glass measuring cup) and mix in the 1 cup of sugar.
  • Place the glass jar into the rice cooker. Add water to the rice cooker and turn on. Let this cook ( with the lid open) for 30 minutes. Be sure to keep a close eye on it. After 30 minutes remove the jar.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil and spread the sugar out. If your sugar still has moisture in it, bake in your oven at 200° for 3 to 7 minutes or until there’s no more moisture. Store covered and Enjoy!
