Easy Cannabis Infused Ice Cream

Every since I was a kid ice cream has honesty been my favorite thing to eat, it is my biggest weakness! I couldn’t think of anything better than having my favorite food infused with Cannabis. This Cannabis Infused Ice Cream is rich, creamy, and packed with an amazing vanilla flavor. You won’t ever need another homemade ice cream recipe! We are using Infused Almond Milk for this ice cream. Easy Cannabis Infused Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cannabis infused almond milk

  • 2 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 2/3 cup sugar

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

  • 6 egg yolks

  • 3 tablespoons vanilla flavoring (or 2 vanilla beans)

Directions

  • In a small pan over medium head add the canna-milk, whipping cream, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Let this cook for 5 minutes. While that is cooking, in a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks.
  • When the 5 minutes are up slowly whisk about 1/3 of the cannabis cream mixture into the yolks. Whisk until it is totally combined.
  • Add the mixture back into the pot and return to low/medium heat. Cook until the mixture is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
  • Using a fine strainer, pour the mixture into a bowl. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours.
  • Churn the ice cream according to your ice cream makers directions. Enjoy!!
