Canna-Banana Pancakes

These Cannabis Infused Banana Pancakes are an easy and perfect breakfast. These are fluffy on the inside, a little crisp on the outside, and packed with delicious banana flavor and a hint of vanilla. This quick and easy recipe is beyond delicious. We will be infusing this recipe with Cannabutter. If you want extra strong pancakes you can use infused almond milk!

  • 5 tablespoons 5 cannabutter, melted

  • 1 1/2 cup 1 1/2 flour

  • 1 teaspoon 1 vanilla extract

  • 1 cup 1 almond milk

  • 2 tablespoons 2 almond milk

  • 2 2 eggs

  • 2 tablespoon 2 sugar

  • 1 1 banana (its best to use a browner banana)

  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 salt

  • vegetable oil, for cooking

  • 2 teaspoon 2 baking powder


  • In a bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt and whisk.
  • In a separate bowl, mash the banana with a fork. Mash until the banana is almost smooth. Whisk in the eggs, one at a time. Add the milk, and vanilla and mix until everything is combined.
  • Add the banana mixture and the melted cannabutter into the flour mixture. Fold the batter gently, do not whisk to hard or over mix. (The batter should be lumpy)
  • In a pan over medium heat add a little vegetable oil to a heated pan. Using 1/4 cup, drop the batter into the hot pan. Space batter at least 2 inches apart.
  • Cook for 2 minutes, or until the bottom is a light golden brown. Flip and cook an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • Repeat until all the batter has been used. Serve hot, top with maple syrup and additional banana slices if desired. Enjoy!
