Cannabis Infused Dutch Apple Pie

Hi everyone! Sorry I haven’t been posting but I am back and will be uploading a new video every Wednesday! Today’s recipe is DUTCH APPLE PIE!!! The taste is amazing but as for the potency of the pie, it was on the lighter side. Pair it with some ice cream and you’ll have a very yummy edible.

Thanks so much for watching and don’t forget to give this video a thumbs up, subscribe, and share the video!

INSTRUCTIONS:
~Crust:
– In a food processor (if you do not have a food processor, you can use a blender), add 1 and 1/2 cup of flour and 1/2 tsp of salt and pulse once to mix
– Add in vegetable shortening and cannabutter and puts about 15 times or until butter is about the size of pennies
– Now add in 1 tablespoon at a time of cold water while pulsing; add in 4-6 tablespoons or until the dough is able to stick together when pinched
– Pour the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead into a round ball
– Wrap in plastic wrap tightly and leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before rolling

~Filling:
– Slice 4-5 medium apples
– In a large bowl, mix the apples, flour, sugar, lemon/lime juice, cinnamon, and vanilla extract
– Set aside for 15 minutes to let any excess liquid drain from the apples

~Topping:
– Mix brown sugar, sugar, flour and cannabutter
* It’s easier to mix with a pastry cutter or masher but I didn’t have that so I used a for and just kinda stabbed the butter while mixing to create the crumble
