At first blush, a green drink may look strange, but after one serving your body will thank you. Low in calories, high in antioxidants, and packed with vitamins, this mean green smoothie will keep you hydrated and happy.

Ingredients

  • 2 large 2 leaves of kale or chard

  • 1 1 apple (green or slightly sour apples work best)

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 parsley

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 celery

  • 1 tsp 1 lemon juice (or apple cider vinegar)

  • 1 tsp 1 chia seeds (optional, but recommended)

  • 2 cups 2 water

  • 1 tsp 1 infused coconut oil, melted

Directions

  • In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients except infused
    coconut oil.
  • While blending, drizzle in the infused coconut oil.
  • Serve immediately.
