  • 1/2 cup cannabutter, softened

  • 2 granny smith apples

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup milk (or almond milk)

  • 1 3/4 cup flour

  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon allspice


  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line muffin tin with cupcake liners, or use non-stick cooking spray.
  • Using a mixer, cream together the cannabutter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs and beat until smooth, until the mixture is pale and fluffy. Add the sour cream and milk and continue to mix until everything is fully combined.
  • Add the flour, spices, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and mix until combined.
  • Peel and core the apples and chop into 1/4” pieces, then add to the mixing bowl. Fold the apple chunks into the batter.
  • Spoon an even amount of batter into the muffin liners.
  • Bake at 425 for 5 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
  • Remove and let cool. Enjoy!
