Odourless Sous Vide Cannabis Oil & Spinach Pistachio Pesto

Hello, Thank You for joining us for another Medicated Monday – The Wellness Soldier’s “Cooking with Cannabis” series.

Today we will be teaching you how-to make an odourless infusion using the Avova Sous Vide cooker. Sous vide makes infusions easy as you decarb and infuse at the same time. By trapping all the smells in the mason jar and water bath, you’re left with an almost odourless infusion process.

We then make a delicious Spinach and Pistachio Pesto using our oil.
