Easy Cannabis Infused Fried Rice

I have always been a huge lover of Fried Rice. The only thing that can improve one of my favorite meals is to make it Cannabis Infused! This Cannabis Infused Fried Rice is a quick and easy meal, that delivers a ton of amazing flavor. The trick to amazing Fried Rice is cooking with cold rice. If you try and cook with warm rice, it will end up soggy, and will not fry well once it hits the pan.

Easy Cannabis Infused Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 3-5 tablespoons cannabutter

  • 1 1/2 cup white rice

  • 1 cup frozen corn

  • 1 cup frozen mixed veggies

  • 2 eggs

  • garlic powder

  • onion salt

  • salt

  • soy sauce

  • chicken teriyaki marinade (optional)

Directions

  • Cook 1 cup white rice, according to the box directions. After cooking the rice, refrigerate for a few hours until the rice is cold.
  • Melt 1 tbsp cannabutter in a pan over medium heat. Once the cannabutter is melted, add both eggs and scramble. Once the eggs are cooked, remove from heat and set them aside.
  • Add 2-3 tbsp cannabutter to the same pan. Once the butter is melted add in the frozen veggies. Season, then cook for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes, add another 1 tbsp cannabutter in and cook until the butter has melted.
  • Once the butter is melted, add in the cooked cold rice. Add 3-4 tbsp soy sauce (add more soy sauce if desired) After adding the soy sauce turn the heat up and cook everything for 3-4 minutes. If you are adding the teriyaki marinade in, add now.
  • Remove from heat, add the eggs in and mix well. We grilled chicken and added it in at the end. So if you add any meat, add it in right before serving. Enjoy!
