  • 3 1/2 cup flour

  • 1/2 cup cannabutter, cold

  • 2 tablespoons cannabutter, cold

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 2 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 egg yolk

  • 1 1/3 cup milk

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

  • 1 teaspoon water


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a baking sheet.
  • In a bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt. Grate the cold cannautter into the dry ingredients.
  • Add the milk and blueberries and gently mix to make a soft dough.
  • Flour your surface, place dough on the floured surface and gently pat out the dough to about 3/4 inch thickness.
  • Using a knife, cut the dough into wedges. Place on the grease baking sheet.
  • Mix the egg yolk and water and lightly brush over each scone. Let stand for 15-20 minutes.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the tops are a light golden brown.
