  • 5 tablespoons cannabutter

  • 8 oz lump crab meat

  • 6 oz crab meat

  • 1/4 tablespoons bread crumbs

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 tableespoon mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard

  • fresh parsley, chopped

  • salt

  • pepper


  • Mix together all crab meat, bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper.
  • Beat together the eggs, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard. Once that is mixed, add it into the crab mixture and mix to combine. Form into patties.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of Cannabuter to a skillet over medium heat, and place the crab cakes in the pan. Cook 5-7 minutes.
  • Gently flip the crab cakes, add remaining Cannabutter into the skillet and onto the crab cakes, and cook for ad additional 5 minutes.
