These Cannabis Infused Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies are soft, chewy, and delicious. This tasty and classic cookie recipe is easily elevated by adding Cannabutter. This recipe is honestly so good and so easy that this is my new favorite cookie to make!

Cannabis Infused Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup cannabutter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/2 cups oats (you can use quick oats, or old fashioned oats
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Using a mixer combine the softened cannabutter, brown sugar and white sugar and mix until smooth.
Add the vanilla extract. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing in between.
In a separate bowl add the flour, salt, and baking soda and mix. Start adding the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Mix until all the dry ingredients have been added. Fold in the oats, chocolate chips and pecans.
Grease your baking sheet. Place 1/2 to 1 tablespoon(depending on how small you like your cookies) of dough on the grease baking sheet and cook for 11 minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
