  • 1/2 cup cannabutter, softened

  • 1/2 cup white sugar

  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/3 cup sour cream

  • 1 1/4 cup flour

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
  • In a bowl add the cannabutter, white sugar, vanilla extract, brown sugar, and mix until smooth, using a hand held or stand mixer.
  • Add the eggs in, mixing in between. Mix until the mixture is fluffy
  • Add in the milk and sour cream and mix until combined. In a separate bowl add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt and mix well.
  • Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients a little at a time, mixing well in between.
  • Add the chocolate chips into the batter. Spoon the batter into the lined muffin tin.
  • Cook for 20-25 minutes. Allow muffins to cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
