Cannabis Infused Instant Pot Honey Garlic Chicken

1/3 cup canna-honey
4-6 bone-in chicken thighs
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoons sesame seed oil
salt
pepper
Directions
- In a bowl combine the canna-honey, ketchup, soy sauce, parsley and garlic and mix.
- Heat the instant pot in “saute mode” then add the sesame oil in.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper and add into the instant pot, cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Add the canna-honey mixture into the pot and cover and lock the lid.
- Cook in poultry mode for about 20 minutes. After 20 minutes turn off the pot and allow it to release pressure for a few minutes.
- After transferring the chicken to a plate, add the canna-honey mixture over top. Enjoy!
