Cannabis Infused Twice Baked Potatoes

This easy and filling recipe is a favorite of mine. These Cannabis Infused Twice Baked Potatoes are packed with bacon, cheese, cannabutter, with crispy salted skin, this easy elevated recipe is beyond yummy. I wanted to try and use as may infused ingredients as I could for this recipe, we used cannabutter, canna-milk, and canna-salt.   • 4 russet potatoes

  • 5 tablespoons cannabutter

  • 1/3 cup sour cream **We did not use sour cream in this recipe. If you want to add it, start with 1/3 cup and go up from there if needed.

  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup canna-milk or regular milk

  • 7-8 bacon, chopped

  • 7-8 green onions

  • salt

  • pepper


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake potatoes for 1 hour.
  • In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat. Once done, crumble the bacon and set aside. **We used microwave bacon on the video. You can use that or regular bacon!
  • After the potatoes are finished cooking, let them cool for 10-15 minutes. Cut potatoes lengthwise, and scoop out the insides and place into a bowl. Leave about 1/4 of the potato in the skin, so it will keep its shape.
  • Add cannabutter, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 the green onions, sour cream and milk into the bowl with the potatoes. *Add the milk a little at a time, so you can get the consistency you want. After everything is mixed well, spoon the mixture back into the potato skins
  • Top with bacon and the remaining cheese. Bake for 10 minutes ( still at 400 degrees) Top with the remaining green onions.
