  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 1/4 cup cannabutter, melted

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • 3 tablespoon fresh parsley

  • 2 tablespoons oregano

  • 2 tablespoons chives

  • 2 tablespoons thyme

  • salt

  • pepper


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • Rinse salmon fillets under cold water, pat them dry. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cover salmon evenly with the minced garlic. In a small bowl combine the lemon juice, melted cannabutter, all herbs and mix.
  • Spread the cannabutter mixture evenly over the salmon. Transfer the salmon to the lined baking sheet.
  • Bake fillets for 12-15 minutes, until the crust is a golden brown, and the salmon flakes easily.
  • Add additional lemon on top if desired, serve immediately
