  • 2 cups flour

  • 2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoo baking powder

  • 1 1/4 cup white sugar

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

  • 1 cup chopped pecans

  • 2 cups shredded carrots

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 1/4 cup cannabutter, softened

  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • 2 cups powdered sugar


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • In a large bowl combine cinnamon, baking powder, flour, baking soda and salt. Add the sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, and oil into the flour mixture and mix well.
  • Stir in pecans, carrots, and crushed pineapple. Grease a 9×13 pan, and pour the mixture in. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cream Cheese Frosting
  • Using a mixer, beat together the cannabutter and cream cheese, until smooth. 1 cup at a time, start adding the powered sugar. Beat until smooth. Spread frosting over the cake. Enjoy!
