Cannabis Blueberry Muffins

I always look forward to summer time, because of the abundance of fresh blueberries. Since blueberries are a favorite of mine, and I love using them in as many things as possible. These soft, tasty, and fresh Cannabis Blueberry Muffins have the perfect amount of sweetness. To take these Infused Muffins a notch higher, use Canna-Milk instead of regular milk!

  • 1/2 cup cannabutter

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 1/4 cup white sugar

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries

  • 1/2 cup milk, or canna-milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 cups flour

  • 2 teaspoon baking powder


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, add the room temperature cannabutter, and the sugar. Mix until combined.
  • Add the eggs in, one at a time, mixing in between. Add the vanilla extract and mix again.
  • In another bowl combine the flour, salt, and baking powder, and mix.
  • Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix. Add the milk, and mix. Continue alternating the dry ingredients and milk until gone.
  • Using a fork, crush 1/2 cup of blueberries and mix.. Add the remaining blueberries and fold into the batter.
  • Spray the muffin tins, or line with cupcake papers. Begin filling with the batter, fill about 3/4 full. Sprinkle with top with sugar if desired.
  • Bake time will depend on the size of the muffins. We used small and large muffin tins. Small muffins cooked from 11-14 minutes. Large cooked for 17-20 minutes. Once the top and sides turn a light golden color, they are ready!
