Cannabis Infused Twice Baked Potatoes

These Cannabis Infused Twice Baked Potatoes are the perfect side dish. They go get with amazing with BBQ, steaks, or are perfect on their own. These are creamy and delicious, packed with cheese and bacon, this elevated side dish will become a favorite. We will be infusing this with Cannabutter. If you want an extra elevated kick, you can also use Canna-Milk in this recipe.

  • 4 russet potatoes

  • 5 tablespoons cannabutter

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk (or canna-milk)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 7-8 bacon slices

  • 7-8 green onions, chopped and divided

  • salt

  • pepper


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake potatoes for 1 hour.
  • In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat. Once done, crumble the bacon and set aside.
  • After the potatoes are finished cooking, let them cool for 10-15 minutes. Cut potatoes lengthwise, and scoop out the insides and place into a bowl. Leave about 1/4 of the potato in the skin, so it will keep its shape.
  • Add cannabutter, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 the green onions, sour cream and milk into the bowl with the potatoes. *Add the milk a little at a time, so you can get the consistency you want. After everything is mixed well, spoon the mixture back into the potato skins.
  • Top with bacon and the remaining cheese. Bake for 20 minutes ( still at 350 degrees) Top with the remaining green onions.
