No cannabis recipe section would be complete without an infused brownie recipe. It’s the ultimate way to happily wrap up a meal with a sweet chocolate rich bite.


  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 3/4 tbsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup cocoa/cacao

  • 8 tsp infused butter, melted

  • 1/3 cup non-infused coconut oil, melted

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract

  • 3/4 cup flour

  • 1/3 cup walnuts or chocolate chips (optional)


  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Grease 8 wells of a muffin tin, or fill with cupcake liners.
  • In a large bowl, whisk sugar, baking powder, salt, and cocoa or cacao.
  • Mix in melted infused butter, coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla.
  • Fold in the flour and, if desired, walnuts or chocolate chips.
  • Fill muffin tins or cupcake liners three-quarters full.
  • Bake 18 to 24 minutes. Take out of oven when batter begins to pull away from the sides and when they spring back when lightly poked.
  • Cool until slightly warm.
