Keif Infused Caramels

These Keif butter Caramels are soft, chewy, and delicious. You can easily make these a harder caramel candy, by just cooking it a few degrees more. You can also substitute Cannabutter in the recipe in you prefer.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Keif butter

  • 1/2 Cup White Sugar

  • 1/2 Cup Brown sugar

  • 14 Oz can Sweetened Condensed milk

  • 1 Cup Light corn syrup

Directions

  • Add all ingredients into a medium nonstick saucepan.
    DO NOT STOP STIRRING !!!!!
  • Using a candy thermometer, heat all ingredients on medium to low until thermometer reaches °235.
  • remove from heat immediately and pour into a baking dish lined w parchment paper.
  • Scoop caramel into molds and chill!

Notes

  • *Adjust amount of Keif butter to your personal preference just make sure the total amount of butter used equals one cup.
  • Once you start to heat ingredients DO NOT STOP STIRRING! It will burn trust me!
