Cooking time

  • 7 to 10 grams Decarbed Cannabis

  • 1 TBSP Soy Lecithin Granules

  • 1 cup melted unsalted butter

  • Decarb Cannabis
  • Place 3 sticks of butter in small sauce pan over low heat melting butter and separating as much of the cream from the butter as you can. ( The THC and Cannabinoids attach to the fat content in the butter and the cream has very little fat in it compared to the butter.)
  • Combine Cannabis, Soy Lecithin Granules and butter in Mason Jar place lid on tight and shake.
  • Place Mason Jar in larger pan of water with dish towel or canning mat in bottom of pan to prevent jar from bottom of pan. Make sure water level over contents of jar. Bring the temperature up to between 160 degrees and 220 Degrees. I prefer 180 degrees it is the perfect temperature to cook at.
  • Cook for 6 to 8 hours for best results.
  • Remove from heat and water until cool enough to hand. then strain through cheesecloth and store in clean Mason Jar and then place in refrigerator until your ready to use.
