Cannabis Zucchini Bread

This Cannabis Zucchini Bread is a deliciously sweet and easy recipe. You can elevate this soft and tasty bread by adding dried cranberries, raisins, walnuts, pecans or chocolate chips. We will be using Cannabutter to make this recipe.

  • 1 cup cannabutter, melted

  • 3 cups flour

  • 2 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 3/4 cup sugar

  • 2 cups grated zucchini 

  • 1 cup chopped pecans


  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees, set the oven rack in the middle position. Grease two loaf pans.
  • In a bowl add nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder,  flour, cinnamon and salt and mix well.
  • In another bowl mix sugar and eggs. Add the grated zucchini, melted cannabutter, vanilla extract and stir to combine.
  • Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients  and mix well. Add pecans. Divide the batter into the two greased loaf pans. Bake for 60 minutes. Let cool on wire rack for about 15 minutes.
