Cannabis Infused Avocado Bowl

  • 3 tablespoons cannabis infused oil * we are using Sunflower oil, but any infused oil will work

  • 4 tablespoons cannabutter

  • 3-4 avocados

  • 1-2 boneless chicken breast

  • corn

  • black beans

  • shredded cheddar cheese

  • salt

  • pepper

  • garlic powder

  • onion powder

  • cumin


  • Cut chicken breast into cubes and season with salt, pepper, garlic. Cut avocados in half lengthwise. Scoop out some of the avocado then and set aside. Using a strainer, drain the black beans.
  • Add Cannabis infused oil to a hot pan over medium heat, and add chicken. Season with cumin and a little garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
  • In another pan melt 2 tbsp Cannabutter, over medium heat. Add beans and corn, spice as desired and cook for 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat, add an additional 2 tbsp Cannabutter and mix well.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, remove from heat. Now it is time to stuff the avocados! Add the corn and bean mixture into the avocado, add chicken and top with cheese. Enjoy!
