This simple Infused Mash Potato Cake recipe is perfect to make with leftover mashed potatoes. They can be topped with veggies, sour cream, extra bacon bits, or cheese for extra delicious taste.
Cannabis Loaded Mash Potato Cakes

3 tablespons Cannabutter
2 cups Cold mashed potatoes
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Flour
Bacon
2 Eggs
2 Cloves garlic
Salt
Pepper
Directions
- Fry the bacon until crispy. Once cooked, let it cool. Crumble into small bits. Place the bacon bits into a large bow
- Using 2 tbsp. bacon grease, roast the garlic. Add bacon and all other ingredients (except for the cannabutter) and mix until it becomes sticky.
- In a different pan melt 3 tbsp. cannabutter. Scoop 1/4 cup potato mixture and form into a ball. Place in a heated pan and flatten to about 1.2 inch thick.
- Fry for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown on both sides. Enjoy right away!
