Cannabis Butternut Noodles

This recipe is a tasty way to serve up a healthy infused dish. You can make your own Butternut Squash noodles, or you can substitute for packaged Butternut Squash noodles. If you decide to make your own, look for squash with long necks and smaller bulbs.

Ingredients

  • 2 Butternut Squash, ends trimmer and peeled

  • 6 tablespoons Cannabutter

  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Lemon zest

Directions

  • Cut the ends of the squash off and cut in half crosswise. Spiralize the squash chunks.
  • In a skillet over medium heat melt 4 tbs Cannabutter. Add noodles and salt and cook for 7-10 minutes
  • Remove from heat, stir in remaining Cannabutter, Parmesan, pepper and lemon zest.
