Cannabis Infused Breakfast

Today we are making an infused breakfast, biscuits and gravy along with scrambled eggs! A great way of dosing in the morning and adding a tasty way of ingesting it!

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Cannabutter

  • 3 tablespoons Flour

  • 1 cup Milk

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Garlic

Directions

  • Melt 3 tablespoons Cannabutter over medium heat.
  • Once your Cannabutter has melted add your 3 tablespoons flour, while whisking. Continue whisking until you have a wet sand consistency
  • Slowly add the milk, and whisk to incorporate. Whisk until smooth. Gravy will thicken, add in the additional milk if you want a thinner gravy.
  • Add salt and pepper and garlic to taste

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup THC Infused Milk

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Directions

  • Crack 4 eggs into a warmed pan. Whisk the eggs, then add your infused milk. Add salt and pepper
  • Use a fork or whisk to beat the eggs briskly for 30-60 seconds, making sure the eggs are fully broken up and mixed well with the milk and the seasonings.
  • Using a spatula begin pulling the cooked outer edges in towards the center of the eggs. Uncooked eggs will flood the area you just pulled back. Keep whistling and stirring until your eggs start to form.
  • Turn off the heat when the eggs are 90% cooked. When the eggs are done, serve immediately
