  • 4-6 tablespoons Cannabutter

  • 2 cups Brown Rice

  • 8 cups Chicken stock

  • 3-4 Small boneless Chicken Breast

  • 1 cup Carrots

  • 4 Chicken Bouillon cubes

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Garlic

  • Pinch of Cumin


  • Season raw chicken with salt and pepper boil for 30 to 35 minutes or until completely cooked.
  • After chicken has cooked, and in a separate pan melt 1-2 tablespoon cannabutter. Add carrots and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Add 2 cups rice and another tablespoon canna butter mix well and cook for one minute.
  • Add the chicken stock along with chicken bouillon cubes and a pinch of cumin.
  • Cook covered for 10 to 12 minutes. Add your seasoned chicken to the rice and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Once the rice is cooked and the chicken stock has mostly been absorbed, remove from heat add 1-2 tablespoons cannabutter and mix. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes it is ready to serve!
