How To Cannabis Infuse Chicken Wings

Total Time: 35 – 40 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
-3.5g of weed
-Honey
-Ginger
-Garlic
-Salt & Pepper
-Brown Sugar
-Soy sauce
-Vinegar
-Cornstarch
-Canna oil and regular oil (for frying)
-Chicken
-Canna Butter
-Buffalo Hot Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS:
➫ Cannabis Honey:
– Decarboxylate 3.5g of weed for 40 min at 220 F
– Grind weed, wrap with cheesecloth and secure with cooking string
– On low heat, pour 1 cup of honey in a small pot and drop in weed
-Infuse on low heat for 1 hour

➫ Korean Honey Wings:
– Wash chicken in cold water
– Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper
– Add 1 tablespoon of ginger
*Mix everything together*
– Add 2/3 cup of cornstarch and Coat each chicken in corn starch
– Fry in hot oil for 7 minutes
– After 7 min, let wings cool down
– Then double fry for another 7 minuets; look for golden brown look
*Sauce* On Low heat:
– Add 2 table spoon of canna oil in a large pan
– Add 4 cloves of garlic minced
– Add 1/4 cup of soy sauce
– Add 1/2 cup of cannabis honey
– Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar
-Add 1 table spoon of brown sugar
*Then pour in fried chicken and mix*

➫ Buffalo Hot Wings:
– Wash chicken in cold water
– Coat each chicken piece with cornstarch
*Sauce*
– Add 1/2 cup of Cannabutter
– Add 2/3 cup of buffalo hot sauce
– Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of white vinegar
