Ingredients

  • 3 cups Almond Milk

  • 1/4 cup Flax/Hemp seed-or whatever type you want to use

  • Wheat Grass

  • 12 oz Yogurt

  • 1 cup Kefir

  • 1 cup Ice

  • 3 oz Blueberry, Strawberry and Blackberry

  • 2 Banana

  • Spinach/kale or whatever greens you want

Directions

  • First add your greens and your milk to the blender and blend until there is a smooth consistency.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and blend!
