Cookies and Cream Infused Fudge

  • 525 g white chocolate baking squares or melting wafers 
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk 
  • ¼ cup Cannabutter 
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 pinch salt 
  • 12 cream filled cookies, cut into 4 or 6 pieces

Place white chocolate chips, Cannabutter & salt into a bowl fitted for a double boiler or over a water bath. Melt & mix together.

Stir in the condensed milk & vanilla until completely blended. Stir in the chopped cookies until just blended.

Pour into an 8×8″ baking sheet lined with parchment paper for easy removal. Refrigerate until set. Cut into desired sizes.
